Remarkable Restaurant
Versailles, with its gilded splendor, history, and legend. Gordon Ramsay adds yet another gem to the crown with this Trianon, a restaurant with a long-standing reputation—from the excellent Gérard Vié fifty years ago to the media-savvy British chef of today. Tourists are therefore delighted to dine here, enjoying a menu tailored to suit today’s diverse tastes in a luxurious setting: pollock with miso and quinoa soufflé, gilthead sea bream with combawa ratatouille and caviar, wild turbot with mushrooms and cockles, marinière sauce, yellow chicken with confit thigh cromesquis, scallions, and spinach, raspberry millefeuille… The service is polished and well-coordinated, and the wine cellar features grand crus and classic selections.
