A pleasant wine and food bar, with bold choices on the wine list, natural discoveries, as well as established names (Colombo, L'Ecu, Jousset...) and an extensive cocktail list. The menu is complemented by plates to share, in keeping with a marked trend for fashion, including siphons and emulsions: buckwheat nachos with Nantais curé cream and cider caramel, tartar of acidulated fish furikaké labné, shank confit à la coréenne kimchi pak choï smoked mustard pickles..
