A thrift store, restaurant, and space for exhibitions and socializing, it’s also, in terms of its offerings, a restaurant that’s interesting in more ways than one. Open all day, the restaurant offers an attractive lunch menu for €29 and a varied à la carte menu that caters to personal preferences: trout tartare with rhubarb, radishes, and cilantro; sautéed cuttlefish with a fennel and onion pissaladière; roasted pigeon with confit thigh and French-style peas, featuring the finest sources for many of its ingredients (asparagus from Sylvain Erhardt, lamb from the Clavisy farm…). A vegetarian menu is available for €69, and a seven-course tasting menu for €89.
