The menu aims for contemporary and seaside pleasures, well executed: green and white asparagus, mimosa with walnut mustard and perfect egg, a Viennoise of pollock cooked on pebbles, fricassee of potato gnocchi with shellfish, a Belle-Île lamb, roasted piece with spices, carrots and chutney, finally a yogurt mousse from the Belle-Île dairy, basil and red fruits.
