Gourmet Restaurant
The up-and-coming restaurant to watch in downtown, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. Thomas Dumont, whom we honored in his very first year, has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the culinary scene, thanks to his modern approach and his contemporary, socially conscious cuisine, which features locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that are carefully selected and expertly prepared: a refreshing starter of cucumber, cucumber water, Fécamp cuttlefish with Bigorre black pork breast ice cream, Breton sea bass fillet, spring onions, and seasonal vegetables; lemon verbena sabayon with fish jus; and a blueberry mille-feuille with apple sorbet—all part of a carefully crafted and appealing lunch menu priced at 39 €. In the evening, the menu features higher-quality ingredients in a four-course set menu priced at 46 €.
