Located near Rue de la Roquette, Eleanora’s restaurant is a tribute to the cuisine of Friuli and Veneto—a lesser-known part of Italian culinary tradition—recreated here with authenticity and simplicity. The dishes are as delightful as ever: a salad of spelt, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olives, red Tropea onions, basil, and fresh cow’s milk cheese; red mullet fillets with fava bean purée and fried baby peppers; lasagna with eggplant, tomato, mozzarella, and basil; and a moist cake with apricots, rosemary, and olive oil. Good service.
