The rather unexpected setting of a discreet and romantic hotel in the heart of Batignolles. Lunch set menus at €35 and €45, a more ambitious dinner menu at €98, and a menu that reflects the times, featuring fairly simple yet solid dishes: prawn, mango, and avocado salad; Sardinian fregola risotto with watercress and Comté cheese; cod with vadouvan and sweet potato… Classic desserts: pavlova, chocolate-caramel finger cake; a well-stocked wine cellar.
