On the tip of Locquirec, this bar-restaurant is a haven for bon vivants, here to share a well-equipped cellar and a menu of traditional dishes, in the spirit of old-fashioned bistros. There are a few rereads and a few essentials: beef croquettes with smoked paprika, watercress and guanciale, roast cod with creamy sage polenta, hazelnut and arugula, veal blanquette and white rice, prime rib with veal jus and purée, kouign amann and vanilla cream.
