A project brought to fruition by William Ledeuil and Roland Feuillas—the chef with a deep appreciation for Eastern cuisine and the baker from Cucugnan—it has now become a restaurant that stands out in the local culinary scene. It’s a wonderful initiative for discovering a diverse regional cuisine in a welcoming dining room that opens onto a terrace seating about twenty guests. The €38 lunch menu offers some great options: marinated haddock with beets, tarama, ginger, wasabi, kumquat; Cucugnan “dentelles” made with durum wheat, zucchini, fennel, olive condiment, and green curry; yogurt ice cream with rhubarb granita, strawberry marmalade, hibiscus, and almond granola… A well-curated wine cellar featuring selections from all regions, including Carême, Germain, and Bobinet from the Loire, and Pacalet, Bouzereau, and Fanny Sabre from Burgundy…
