Gault&Millau's review2026
A charming bistro with a traditional atmosphere, serving cuisine that—as the sign suggests—is delightful and more modern than it appears. Not just because of the “slashes” connecting the ingredients, but because of the very essence of the dishes, which are carefully crafted and beautifully presented: bonito with asparagus and wild garlic, veal with mustard and brioche, pollock with sugar snap peas and herb butter, rhubarb with meadowsweet and vermouth—for a well-executed three-course meal priced around 70 €.
