Tucked away in a corner of the charming Place aux Pommes, Luc Catherine and Stéphanie Amy have turned this restaurant into a must-visit spot in Bayeux! Lively, welcoming, and chic without being pretentious, their restaurant excels at bistronomy that’s spot-on, both in service and in the dishes. We applaud the rich flavor of the foie gras medallion and the lightness of the hibiscus-roasted peach, the perfectly cooked sea bass served with candied rhubarb, Sardinian fregola, and sautéed bell peppers, all topped with a hollandaise sauce featuring langoustines. Finally, the unmissable tribute to Normandy: a classic baked apple with light praline cream and vanilla ice cream. The hospitality is exceptionally warm, even for the little ones!
