When you're in the heart of Rue Diderot, and what's more at no. 52, the number of the département, you'd think that local products would be in force. But Aline and Geffroy prefer to open their windows wide to the horizon, and the cuisine on offer takes in every continent: after cocktails and mocktails, tuna tataki with honey and soy sauce and ginger condiment, sushi, salmon poke bowl, sea bream with almond passion sauce or beef noodles flambéed with sake, cashew and soy sauce. A complementary range of "classic" dishes (burger, entrecôte, salmon beurre blanc au siphon...) in an extensive menu and a daily special at €20.
