Italian chic extends to the kitchen just as it does to fashion. With a talented new chef, Assaggio’s cuisine has taken on a welcome Piedmontese influence, featuring dishes like vitello tonnato and “Mamma Lidia’s” plins. Elegant and flavorful dishes, such as the free-range chicken ballotin with confit leeks, black truffle, and chicken jus, followed by the inevitable tiramisu.
