The go-to spot for meat lovers in the 14th arrondissement, under the watchful eye of David Rathgeber. The former charcuterie offers a menu of classics—timeless delights that bring people together: guinea fowl galantine with pickled vegetables, homemade cassoulet, beef tenderloin with pepper sauce and gratin dauphinois, and île flottante with crème anglaise. A wonderful atmosphere.
