Remarkable Restaurant
This beautiful golf resort, beloved by all Alpilles enthusiasts—particularly those from Belgium and the Netherlands—continues to take center stage thanks to its restaurant, brilliantly led by Chef Lieven Van Aken, who builds on the success of his three toques year after year with a now-loyal clientele. With a touch of chic and a hint of flair in the preparations, a combination of premium ingredients, and a few Flemish accents, the menu—as it is every year—is beautifully presented and enticing: oysters and caviar, smoked monkfish and leeks in a spent grain crust with a hoppy vinaigrette, grilled veal sweetbreads with caramelized onions and a robust jus, raspberries, elderflower, and tarragon… A good four-course menu with plenty of choice for €130, high-quality service in a very relaxed atmosphere, and a wine cellar well-stocked with wines from Les Baux.
