South of Jean Macé on Avenue Jaurès, Laurent Bonnet has confidently stood the test of time, counting on a loyal clientele of local residents and business people alike. This neighborhood eatery enjoys a reputation that extends well beyond the borough, for its intuitive, seasonal cuisine, prepared to order. Four blind menus from €25 to €55, where freshness and technique are always the order of the day. Sommelier Marianne Poulhes accompanies the menu with an interesting cellar selection (Nicolas Joly, Rolet, Usseglio, Cruchandeau, Dujac, Pichon-Longueville...).
