In the heart of the Saint-Paul neighborhood, a great modern trattoria led by Emanuele Tamussi. It serves perfectly executed Italian classics in a simple yet lively setting. The menu offers plenty of options: bruschetta, Venetian-style sardines, polpette al sugo, pizzetta with fresh truffles, squid ragout, spaghetti alle vongole, ravioli stuffed with artichokes and pecorino fondue, fettuccine with black truffles, semi-cooked bluefin tuna and caponata, and tiramisu with Marsala.
