Since October 2025, the people of Grenoble have been enjoying this new restaurant that marries ethics and brasserie. The tandem, who delight us with A ma façon, developed this concept which allows us to taste good local products (Murgat fish farm, ravioles from Grands Goulets...) at more than competitive prices. Close to the train station, the completely redecorated establishment combines comfort, brightness and the elegance of natural materials. On the plate, you can choose from bistro classics like the burger of the moment or beef tartare (revisited with a modern twist), or daily specials like risotto with button mushrooms, morels and shitakés. No fuss, just well-cooked, well-seasoned dishes served by an attentive team. The wine list is short, but there's a wine pairing for every dish.
