In this luxurious bastide, a top-of-the-range trattoria has taken the place of the old, classic L'Olivier gastro restaurant. Under the guidance of an Italian chef, you can enjoy low-temperature octopus, tagliatelle vongole with datterino tomatoes and bottarga, lobster paccheri and fritto misto, with the primary aim of providing a convivial experience with service worthy of the Bastide.
