Right in the center of town, a reliable and regular table that relies on good basic traditional cuisine. Chef Sébastien Mortet's blind menus (5 to 9 courses, from €71 to €91) feature top-quality produce and origins. For a meal to suit all tastes, head for lunchtime with a good €34 formula: Arctic char saffron with asparagus and onions, filet of duckling from the Dombes region with carrot, broad bean and kumquat cream, peanut and almond praline tart. Classic Burgundy cellar.
