Remarkable Restaurant
It’s always a delight in Provence, and Mathias Dandine never fails to deliver that distinctive sense of a well-orchestrated regional celebration. A beautiful home in the village between Marseille and Marignane, offering a warm welcome and high-end amenities while maintaining the spirit of an innkeeper who knows how to put every guest at ease. And a feast is guaranteed with the host’s creations, entrusted to Chef Guillaume Lemelle: zucchini blossoms stuffed with langoustine mousseline, pistou soup with confit pork shank, coconut cream with basil oil, sea bass in a focaccia crust, confit peppers with vegetables and smoked paprika in a fish bone jus, Solliès figs with Madagascar vanilla, and Petitmezi, a Greek grape must syrup. Well-curated menus at fair prices, a well-stocked regional wine cellar with recommendations from a knowledgeable sommelier.
