A real breath of fresh air is sweeping through Sainte-Adresse, giving this tourist spot—where you’d usually expect frozen pizza and kebabs—a much-needed boost. On the contrary, this cuisine is all about flavor and high standards, sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients and preparing them with sincerity and a clever twist—like the vibrant passion fruit sauce beneath crispy pieces of veal head, prepared in that classic French style we love, or the saffron-infused emulsion on the mullet fresh from the water, served with a seasonal ratatouille. Desserts highlight the ingredients but also show real craftsmanship, even on a simple plate of red berries. A satisfying wine list by the glass or bottle at reasonable prices, plus cocktails and “La Bise” beer to unwind while looking out at the sea.
