Gourmet Restaurant
A venerable, old-fashioned brasserie where you can delightfully step back in time as you sit down to enjoy a varied selection of traditional dishes, which can be paired with either a full-bodied Bordeaux or a light, easy-drinking glass of wine. The menu features eggs with mayonnaise, snails, chicken liver terrine, shrimp croquettes, Welsh rarebit with fries, 5A andouillette with mustard, filet américain, and house-made potjevleesch. A must-visit, and one to be preserved, of course.
