A great spot near the D-Day beaches that knows how to please tourists while offering a fine selection of seafood. The dishes show a certain level of creativity, such as a marbled dish of langoustine tartare, strawberries, basil, duck foie gras, and artichoke mousse; a delicious white skate wing with Vallée d’Auge cream; pollock ravioli with shellfish broth; or a duck parmentier with a rich gravy.
