Nestled in the heart of the Ternois countryside, this stunning 19th-century white-stone farmhouse now houses a hotel and restaurant, offering a warm and exotic inn-like experience. In the summer, the charming courtyard with its covered walkway is the perfect setting for a regional bistronomic experience. Sébastien De la Borde, who previously worked at Camdeborde and with Stéphane Jego, pays tasteful homage to the region through his pairings and plating, skillfully showcasing the ingredients.
