If you like good value, open the door at La Crêperie de Sainte-Maxime. Opened in 1970 in one of the town's oldest houses, it has been run for the past 10 years by Frédéric Zimbelli, who welcomes you all year round in a warm, authentic setting, just like the dishes you'll enjoy! Whether you prefer buckwheat pancakes or dessert crêpes, your sweet tooth and your demand for quality and freshness will be satisfied. Breton flour, fresh and local produce, fruit and vegetables from Laurent Primeur in Ramatuelle, ice cream from Barbarac in Saint-Tropez... Sit back and enjoy! Among the special recipes on the extensive menu, try L'orientale, with Emmental cheese, spit-roasted chicken with kebab spices, home-cooked onions, salad, fresh tomatoes and white sauce. Or L'écureuil with homemade salted butter caramel, hazelnut ice cream, caramelized hazelnuts and homemade whipped cream. All at excellent value for money, which is reflected in the two menus at €12.90 and €17.50 offered weekdays from 12 to 1pm.
