For a long time, it was the stronghold of exceptional Sologne cooks like Gisèle Crouzier. Today, this good village inn lives its life with tranquility, but also with an expected care for a rediscovered tradition. Let's remain cautious with safe preparations without too much sophistication, game terrine, snail aumônière with mushrooms or duckling flounder with foie gras, fig sablé and chiboust for dessert.
