Gourmet Restaurant
After several years of renovation, the legendary Locguénolé estate has finally reopened, even more beautiful and luxurious. The 5* Relais & Châteaux boasts magnificent historic architecture, divided into four buildings, the oldest of which dates back to the 18th century, set in a superb 25-hectare park. Alyette marks the house's return to the local dining circuit, under the direction of Yann Magret. Classic recipes are the order of the day here, in a well-transcribed bourgeois spirit: roasted cauliflower with vadouvan, cashew and treviso, scallops with noilly prat sauce, Grenoble veal chop, vanilla and pecan millefeuille.
