Gourmet Restaurant
The people of Boulogne know they can count on their beloved Matelote to savor the sea spray of the Opal Coast. The cuisine, however, takes into account current trends and the varied tastes of tourists, with a few delightful variations: vitello tonnato and parmigiana join the crab puff pastry with shellfish sauce and the Boulonnais-style stuffed fish on a delicious €40 menu, rounded out with a chocolate-hazelnut biscuit parfait based on a thirty-year-old recipe. The lobster menu is €35 for lunch and €85 for dinner.
