To celebrate U Pinarellu****'s 50th anniversary, the Agostini-Rocca Serras have created a new space above their historic pizzeria: 200m2 of terrace on 2 levels with a superb view of the pine forest and the gulf, where they serve inventive, gourmet cuisine, partly prepared with a brazier. Nothing is left to chance: the decor, lighting and music give this already magical place a unique, simple and refined atmosphere. On the plate, the star products of popular summer cuisine are sublimated, with originality and without pretension. At lunchtime, the simpler menu is served under the pergola. And what about the pool? Both omnipresent and kept at a distance, it hosts a superb light show on festive Thursday evenings.
