At La Rôtisserie, the younger sister restaurant of La Tour d’Argent, the menu holds its own, naturally featuring duck as the star of a menu steeped in proud tradition: snails, pike quenelles with Mornay sauce, sliced smoked duck with artichokes, arugula, and Parmesan, veal loin with a rich gravy, sweet potato purée, and arugula condiment, and either île flottante or pavlova for dessert.
