No website, no social networks, but Pierre Neveu doesn't need them, as his reputation is enough to bring in the faithful and travelers alike. Taking over in 2014 from Olivier Voisin (hence the name), the chef has made the address one of the most regulars in the area, offering fine regional gastronomy in a contemporary setting. The €75 menu satisfies all expectations, with a starter of poached langoustine and lobster in lemon vinaigrette, vegetable condiment, mozzarella mousse and herb sorbet, a noble fish, saffron aioli condiment, carrot-lemon, lobster raviole and dashi, a poultry supreme marinated in miso curry, sweet corn with pepper and jus court, a peanut sweet, chocolate cookie, Cantonese sesame and banana-passion sorbet. Well-stocked cellar (Jadot, Villard, Albert de Conti...). Warm welcome.
