Gourmet Restaurant
At the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire, this address has been hosting local special occasions for fifty years now, perpetuating a tradition of hospitality that easily explains the good reputation of the place. Behind its old-fashioned appearance, you'll find a contemporary dining experience, where the chef works with regional produce in a contemporary vein. Depending on the season, the menu evolves in the right direction: open ravioli of shredded beef and parmesan cream, cod fillet cooked a la plancha and creamy polenta with sweet potatoes, a rack of French veal, perfumed jus, seasonal vegetable mousseline and gratin beaurecueïen, a chocolate cake. Dynamic service.
