Gourmet Restaurant
Just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, you’ll find all the elegance of the Burdigala Hotel in this incredibly chic restaurant. Chef Grégory Vingadassalon offers a modern take on traditional cuisine. The unique lunch menu lets you choose from several dishes and combine them however you like. For example, two appetizers: cucumber, confit sardines, and dill, followed by a chicken terrine and duck foie gras with blackcurrant and hibiscus, and finishing with a Grand Marnier soufflé and blood orange sorbet. You won’t leave without sampling one of these “forgotten spirits,” such as Aniso du Viaduc or a Pisco Gobernador… to aid digestion.
