On the Cornouaille golf course, in the cove of La Forêt-Fouesnant, this is where Cécile Furlotti and Vincent Raimbault set up shop at the end of 2024, taking over this enchanting seaside venue, open to all, between Concarneau and Quimper. The two restaurateurs have taken the best of their experience in fine dining establishments and reproduced it in their meticulously-crafted, refined cuisine. Every ingredient grown or raised on the local terroir is brought to the fore thanks to the inexhaustible imagination of the Chef, who renews his menu of delights every month. Perfumes and colors sparkle with emotion, thanks to Cécile's suggestions for food and wine pairings from French estates. From the bar, the ground-floor terrace or the chic, elegant restaurant upstairs with its magnificent terrace overlooking the Golf course, the panorama is breathtaking! Every Thursday evening in summer, aperitif concerts take place outside, where you can enjoy a delicious house cocktail. An invitation to discover Brittany, without moderation.
