Simplicity and quality for this table hôtelière in one of the resort's most beautiful manor houses, away from the crowds, with a splendid view over the estuary: pâté grand-mère, Isigny salmon, entrecôte normande, strawberry tart, without skipping the Norman cheese stage if possible. Residents are pampered in an elegant bourgeois atmosphere.
