A contemporary dining room facing the Loire River, with a cuisine of the same essence, expertly prepared by a young team who know where they're going. You can enjoy a simple tapas aperitif that lasts, with a vast choice, or pick from the expressive menu of its time: oeuf cocotte, crème parmentière and haddock shavings, pike-perch fillet, roasted squash, wild mushrooms, watercress jus, tartare au couteau, piglet wok with caramel, Chinese noodles and vegetables...
