A well-chosen table, a restaurant full of character, and a dynamic host who sees to every detail: Alexandre Dathy can be proud of the work he’s accomplished. Tasting menus for connoisseurs, and a beautiful seasonal menu that showcases Chef Antoine Coutier’s creations, skillfully combining premium and local ingredients: a duo of foie gras and beef Lucullus-style with a tangy sauce—a lovely dish to share—along with sea bass en croûte, carrots with shallots and smoked beurre blanc, and a refreshing dessert of strawberries, vanilla mousse, and strawberry-basil sorbet. For each course, the maître d’ offers wine pairings drawn from an extensive cellar managed with great expertise.
