Gault&Millau's review2026
A reliable establishment that has evolved well over time; since Keishi Sugimura took over, it has maintained that touch of Japanese precision and a hint of Eastern flavors within its fine French cuisine, all served in an elegant, cozy, and sophisticated setting. The €95 set menu is generous (two starters, one main course), but you can also treat yourself à la carte to better choose between the excellent pâté en croûte and the calf’s head in homage to Bruno Monnoir (the previous chef of this esteemed establishment), the Sanchez pigeon with its yakitori-style thigh, or the catch of the day with a nori seaweed sabayon and saffron rice. Exquisite cuisine served with distinction, a well-stocked wine cellar featuring fine bottles.
