We meet up with friends for a casual meal—nothing fancy, but always a pleasure—thanks to an extensive menu of traditional dishes prepared with care: bone marrow, herring with warm potatoes, veal kidneys in mustard sauce, veal tongue, and veal head in ravigote sauce… Or, to keep it even simpler, the charcuterie boards and salads…
