Gault&Millau's review 2026

André Le Letty is still going strong; the cuisine he serves at his bistro showcases the expertise found in his €42 à la carte menu, which includes a few dishes available at an additional charge. White asparagus is the seasonal vegetable, served with herb-infused ricotta and shavings of Bündnerfleisch; and, if you’ve had the good sense to make a reservation, you can enjoy his signature dish, “duck à la sang in two courses”—an iconic dish from La Tour d’Argent, where he once worked—followed by fresh strawberries with pistachio sabayon au gratin. To accompany this cuisine, there are two wine lists: a classic one and another called “vins de derrière les fagots,” which features rare finds. The welcome and service are exceptionally friendly.
