Gault&Millau's review 2026

A must-visit spot in the neighborhood, this bistro—a favorite among connoisseurs of home-style cooking who aren’t put off by the prices—offers abundance and authenticity. The dishes are a real treat, embodying that playful, down-to-earth spirit shared by all: Miéral guinea fowl pâté en croûte, vol-au-vent with lamb sweetbreads, fava beans, and mushrooms, Perche pork sausage with mashed potatoes and Roscoff pink onion jus, Luteau poultry with morels, peas, and carrots. The menu also features aged meats and Polmard-selected beef. There’s also a professional wine cellar, featuring both well-known estates and lesser-known ones—such as the Bellet from Clos Saint-Vincent or Clos de l’Ours—as well as a Luxembourg wine available by the glass and even a few top-tier labels.
