A good, traditional bistro not far from the Stock Exchange, a haunt for regulars offering a lunch special for less than €30 and a menu that’s bold and unpretentious, celebrating charcuterie, quality meats, and local specialties: free-range pork croquettes with piperade, beef bourguignon, kidneys flambéed with cognac, chicken en crapaudine in its own juices… Wine by the glass, by the pitcher, or by the bottle—Quincy, Vendômois, Sancerre, Saint-Amour… craft beer and cider.
