Gault&Millau's review2026
The location is ideal for the restaurant run by Christophe Quéant, an astute chef and highly skilled technician. Bourgeois and regional cuisine is embellished by skilful preparation and presentation, and noble products are particularly sought after: foie gras langoustines and artichoke with citrus coulis, lobster in tarragon salad with romesco sauce, blanc de maigre asparagus and morel mushrooms, verbena soufflé with grapefruit sorbet in an ambitious €118 menu, modestly called "Petit Pasumot" (two other proposals at €148 and €178). A choice of wines from all the major appellations, and excellent service in an attractive contemporary setting.
