A must-visit in this seaside resort—we wouldn’t be doing Trouville justice if we didn’t mention it. This 3-star hotel is a long-standing institution, where classic brasserie dishes can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner. Extensive menu: eggs with mayonnaise, pike quenelles with Nantes-style sauce, chicken and fries, crème brûlée, tarte Tatin… Efficient service.
