Gault&Millau's review 2026

Chef Baptiste Borderie has settled in and is now serving up respectable, contemporary cuisine at this charming restaurant along the tourist trail: langoustine crudo with fennel and seaweed, gnocchi with Comté cheese, morels, and vin jaune, chicken with onions, spinach, and anchovies, and profiteroles with vanilla ice cream. A great deal for lunch with a well-curated set menu for €36.
