Remarkable Restaurant
What a warm and welcoming place this is. High-end, certainly, but in the Savoyard style—with a genuine innkeeper’s hospitality, no pretensions, and a chef who really knows his stuff, whether it’s regional ingredients or local recipes adapted with ingenuity and a passion for good food. Julien Machet is a hard worker who knows the herbs of his region and is one of the few to stay open year-round in the Courchevel area. We therefore applaud his tenacity and dedication, as well as his prices—which are affordable for the area, ranging from €88 to €180 for hidden-menu options, along with the charm of a “petit mâchon” lunch for €45.
