The classic, refined taste of this restaurant never fails to delight visitors, who take their seats on the elegant veranda overlooking a flower-filled garden. Chef Thierry Chevallier creatively works with seasonal market ingredients and doesn’t shy away from tackling the great classics, such as veal sweetbreads or poultry with morels. The €49 “Gourmet” menu is a good example, featuring marbled duck foie gras with smoked quail or eel “opéra,” herbed pikeperch brandade, or veal steak with fried polenta and chanterelle mushrooms in a Monbazillac sauce, finishing with a generous profiterole.
