An exceptional location for this cozy Norman-style house perched above the shore. The hotel-restaurant offers a splendid view of the sea, setting the stage for Alex Yvon’s cuisine, which naturally draws on the treasures of the coast. The chef offers two tasting menus—six- or eight-course—priced at €89 or €119, with blind menus that change with the seasons and his inspiration. Pairings with Norman wines and beverages are recommended.
