A beautiful brick house on the edge of the square—a stately traditional home that spares no effort in offering its regulars authentic, hearty dishes: artichoke blinis with tomato vinaigrette and fava beans in Campari with a Sainte-Maure emulsion, lamb charlotte, eggplant steak with lamb jus, chocolate tart with tonka vanilla custard and walnut mascarpone—all part of a great €50 set menu. Attentive service, extensive menu.
